In 1992, First Class, Inc. started in a
small storefront in a Chicago neighborhood, specializing in super
high-quality personalized laser printed mail. Because of dedication to
detail, word of mouth got around that First Class, Inc. was a mailing
service that could be trusted.
With increased production came the need for
larger quarters. The company moved closer to the Chicago loop, to a
facility on Jefferson Street. At the same time, Clients of First
Class, Inc. asked for more mailing services, like presorting, inkjet
addressing, list cleaning, etc. So, in the summer of 1999, the company
purchased more specialized mailing equipment and software and moved
again to still larger quarters on the near south loop area of downtown
Chicago.
Then in 2006, it was time to expand again so
the company moved to an even larger facility on the West side of
Chicago where it is today. Through continued hard work and dedication
to detail, First Class, Inc. became trusted to handle larger and more
critical mailings for its Clients, and more and more people trusted
First Class, Inc. to handle their mailing needs.
From the beginnings in 1992 to today, First
Class, Inc. has grown from handling a few hundred pieces of mail at a
time, to handling hundred-thousand piece jobs for our Clients—and we
still pay close attention to each and every piece.
