We need to know the number of pieces, what the mailpiece consists
of, any special data processing needs, and how you want to mail (First
Class vs. Standard).

More than likely the answer is "yes". We have many specialized
software programs that can do things like adding the correct zip code,
fixing street addresses, adjusting capitalization, expanding or
abbreviating words, removing duplicates, etc.
Yes you can, unless you want to mail at the nonprofit rate (only a
recognized and USPS approved nonprofit organization can obtain a USPS
mailing permit).
